Job Description:

• Meet or exceed agreed sales target.
• Responsible to build a strong sales team by recruiting, managing, training and motivating team to meet sales quotas. 
• To develop significant new business from an open territory or new business from existing accounts, as well as manages existing to maintain the quality of business. 
• Plan and implement marketing strategy, including organizing road shows and technical forums, etc. 
• Plan and manage sales and marketing resources according to agreed budgets. 
• Contribute to formulation of sales policy and strategy. 
• Manage relevant reporting of sales and pipeline forecast and financial information for the sales departments

Limited Requirement

BS/MS in Electrical Engineering of equivalent with at least 2-4 years of direct selling experience
Other Requirement:
• Ability to motivate and drive sales team to generate sales.
• Must be very familiar with the outsourcing model of semiconductor business.
• Familiar with system ODM or OEM market, as well and brand market for consumer electronics
• Must be familiar with ASIC/COT design flow, knowledgeable in manufacturing, testing and packaging.
• Excellent market and industry contacts.
