PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER
Job Description
In this highly visible role, the Product Marketing Manager is responsible for guiding and executing as required all launch activities for the products; creation and refinement of sales tools, including positioning materials, presentations, web content, and other customer and channel communications; sales and FAE training; market research, competitive analysis and positioning. The position is also responsible for managing products working closely with Sales to incorporate regional requirements into all product development and launch activities and to ensure a deep understanding of the product line. Given the technology and competitive developments reflected in this category of product, a deep understanding of the industry and issues facing it must be continuously strengthened.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years in Marketing and/or a Product Management or related work experience. Knowledge of ASIC design technology, IP, CPUs including ARM, and Semiconductor process technology is required. Experience in creating and managing Go To Market Plans, customer engagements, customer product management, MRDs, market research, and customer data and competitive analysis. Must have the ability to work with and develop relationships with multiple function groups and execute in a fast paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, project management skills, and leadership skills required. Must be a team player, demonstrating ability to bring projects to fruition through influence and collaboration.
Required Education:
BS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering required. Masters degree in an engineering or business discipline is preferred.
