Customer Specific Standard Part (CSSP) and Original Design Manufacturing (ODM)
Key ASIC has developed platforms and major building blocks for targeted
applications, and we provide a complete chip for private label. In the CSSP
model, an SoC or design can be completed based on Key ASIC silicon proven
platforms in a much shorter time, ensuring first time silicon success and reducing
time to market.

Turnkey ASIC Design with the Best Design Implementation
Key ASIC provides complete turnkey ASIC design with RTL to GDS II design
implementation, test development, packaging development and delivery of fully
tested packaged chips in mass production. Key ASIC has successfully delivered
chips with 1st time silicon success, and we have delivered tens of millions of chips
and hundreds of thousand of wafers over the past few years.
Key ASIC offers ASIC designs in 0.18u, 0.16u, 0.13u, 0.11u, 90nm, 65nm, 45nm
and 32nm. Designs can be implemented in multiple foundries with TSMC
compatible technologies or IBM Common Platforms.
Key ASIC offers a complete set of silicon calibrated IPs for targeted SoCs.

In addition to the standard ASIC design offering, Key ASIC provides
design optimization with its unique technologies, ensuring design of the
best performance, lowest power or smallest die size for its process technologies.
Foundry Design Enablement Kit
Key ASIC offers foundries a complete Foundry Design Enablement Kit development and
silicon calibration to enable ASIC design business or COT business for the foundries.
Most of the chips or IP in production in the market are on the main stream
technologies or foundries. In order for foundry to capture design wins or COT business,
the foundries need to develop process technologies, PDK and Design Flow that are
compatible to main stream process technologies. Key ASIC has the experience and
technologies to calibrate the PDK or ASIC Design Kits to be process compatible.
In addition to ASIC Design Kit and Design Flow development and calibration to silicon,
Key ASIC also provides the development and porting of analog IP, I/O cell, memory blocks,
interfaces, etc. on to any new process technologies, enabling more design wins for
the foundries.
Some of our expertise includes CPU hardening and optimization, custom memory designs,
CUP I/O with high ESD, etc. We also provide a standard cells development and verification
for foundries.
