As one of the leading public listed companies in turkey ASIC design services, Key ASIC compliments NSW’s device development business perfectly well with its over 100 silicon proven IP ranging from 180nm to 5nm process technologies in various foundries. “The purpose of NSW ASIC design solution is to address our customers’ problems. With this collaboration, NSW will be able to offer a wide range of solutions and hope to further address customers’ needs. At the same time, the two companies can further develop the ASIC design business together. For example, for NSW’s customers, we can offer the use of Key ASIC’s IP total solution or with NSW’s experience in the development of projects, we can assist Key ASIC in the development of their business. I believe this Agreement will bring multiplier effects to the development of our business.” said Mr. Noriyuki Abe, Executive Vice President and Member of the Board of Directors.
“Our collaboration is bilateral. NSW’s software, hardware and chip development capabilities with robust solutions deployed in the market are not only unique, but truly remarkable especially in the offering of the Internet of Things (IOT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies in the solutions. Their capabilities will allow us to offer more complete and integrated solutions to our customers as well,” said Mr. Eg Kah Yee, Chairman and CEO. “Increasingly more system companies are investing in ASIC design to differentiate their products, and our partnership will help to accelerate the growth and adoption of our Internet of Things and Artificial Intelligence technologies at the silicon level,” he commented.
